🛒 Ingredients

  • 4 pc Apples
  • 300 g Shortcrust pastry
  • 50 g Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 30 g Butter

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. 2Peel apples, dice, mix with brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter.
  3. 3Line a tart pan with half the pastry.
  4. 4Pour apple filling and cover with remaining pastry.
  5. 5Bake 35-40 minutes until golden. Serve warm with ice cream.
