  • 2 pc Ripe bananas
  • 2 pc Eggs
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 80 g Flour
  • 2 tbsp Honey

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Mash bananas with a fork until pureed.
  2. 2Add eggs, milk and flour, mix until smooth batter.
  3. 3Let batter rest 5 minutes.
  4. 4Cook spoonfuls of batter in a lightly buttered non-stick pan, 2-3 minutes each side.
  5. 5Serve with honey and fresh fruit.
