  • 4 slices Baguette
  • 150 g Tomatoes
  • 60 g Mozzarella
  • 8 g Basil
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cut baguette diagonally into 1 cm slices and toast in oven 5 minutes.
  2. 2Dice tomatoes small, season with salt, oil and basil.
  3. 3Tear mozzarella into pieces.
  4. 4Spoon tomatoes onto bruschette.
  5. 5Add mozzarella and serve immediately.
