🛒 Ingredients

  • 120 g Chickpea flour
  • 200 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • 0.5 tsp Sea salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Mix chickpea flour with water, oil and salt until liquid batter.
  2. 2Let rest 30 minutes.
  3. 3Preheat oven to 230°C with a cast iron pan.
  4. 4Pour batter into hot oiled pan.
  5. 5Bake 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
