🛒 Ingredients

  • 80 g Rice
  • 250 ml Coconut milk
  • 3 pods Cardamom
  • 80 g Mango
  • 15 g Coconut sugar

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook rice in coconut milk diluted with water (50/50).
  2. 2Add crushed cardamom and sugar, stir.
  3. 3Cook on low 25-30 minutes stirring frequently.
  4. 4Add orange blossom water if desired.
  5. 5Serve warm or cold garnished with pistachios.
