  • 1 pc Brioche bun
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 30 g Cheddar
  • 5 g Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. 2Halve rolls and hollow out slightly.
  3. 3Fry egg in butter, season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4Place rolls on tray, add cheddar to the bottom of roll.
  5. 5Add egg on top and bake 5 minutes until cheddar melts.
