  • 160 g Focaccia dough
  • 2 pc Onion
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Sea salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Julienne onion and sauté in olive oil over low heat 25-30 minutes until caramelized.
  2. 2Preheat oven to 220°C.
  3. 3Stretch focaccia dough onto an oiled tray.
  4. 4Top with caramelized onion and thyme, season with sea salt.
  5. 5Bake 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
