🛒 Ingredients

  • 200 g Cottage cheese
  • 2 pc Eggs
  • 40 g Semolina
  • 60 g Sour cream
  • 3 tbsp Cherry jam

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Mix well-drained cottage cheese with egg, semolina and a pinch of salt.
  2. 2Let stand 15 minutes to thicken.
  3. 3Form balls, coat in semolina or flour.
  4. 4Fry in sufficient oil at 170°C until golden.
  5. 5Serve with sour cream and jam.
