🛒 Ingredients

  • 400 g Eggplant
  • 200 g Red peppers
  • 200 g Tomatoes
  • 2 pc Onion
  • 60 ml Oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Roast eggplants and kapia peppers in oven or over flame until charred.
  2. 2Peel skin and drain well.
  3. 3Chop fine or coarsely blend.
  4. 4Sauté onion in oil 5 minutes, add tomatoes.
  5. 5Cook 30 minutes, add eggplants and peppers, simmer 20 more minutes.
