  • 3 pc Eggs
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 40 g Cheese
  • 10 g Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Clean mushrooms and slice, sauté in butter over high heat 4 minutes.
  2. 2Beat eggs with salt, pepper and half the grated cheese.
  3. 3Pour eggs into pan over mushrooms on medium-low heat.
  4. 4When edges set, fold omelette in half.
  5. 5Serve immediately with remaining cheese on top.
