  • 180 ml Milk
  • 10 g Chia seeds
  • 0.5 pc Banana
  • 1 tsp Honey

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Mix oat flakes with milk and chia seeds.
  2. 2Add vanilla and honey to taste.
  3. 3Cover and refrigerate overnight or 4 hours.
  4. 4In the morning stir well.
  5. 5Serve topped with fresh fruit.
