🛒 Ingredients

  • 200 g Flour
  • 5 g Yeast
  • 10 g Rosemary
  • 40 ml Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Sea salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Mix flour with yeast, salt and warm water, knead 10 minutes.
  2. 2Let dough rise 1 hour at room temperature.
  3. 3Stretch dough onto an oiled tray.
  4. 4Sprinkle rosemary and sea salt on top, press lightly.
  5. 5Bake at 220°C 20-25 minutes until golden.
