  • 1 pc Bell pepper
  • 1 pc Carrot
  • 2 stalks Spring onion
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook black rice 35 minutes per instructions, drain.
  2. 2Julienne peppers and carrot.
  3. 3Stir-fry vegetables in wok over high heat 5-6 minutes.
  4. 4Add rice, soy sauce and spring onion, mix well.
  5. 5Cook 3 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly.
