  • 60 ml White wine
  • 10 g Butter

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Pound chicken breast to even thickness.
  2. 2Place a slice of prosciutto and a sage leaf on each breast.
  3. 3Secure with toothpicks or roll.
  4. 4Fry in clarified butter 4 minutes each side.
