  • 20 g Capers
  • 10 g Basil
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pc Lemon

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Season fish fillet with salt and pepper.
  2. 2Pan-fry or grill fish 4 minutes each side.
  3. 3Mix capers with chopped basil, olive oil and lemon juice.
