🛒 Ingredients

  • 250 g Calamari
  • 1 pc Lemon
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 10 g Parsley

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Clean calamari and pat completely dry with paper towel.
  2. 2Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
  3. 3Heat grill or cast iron pan over very high heat.
  4. 4Grill calamari 1-2 minutes each side, no longer.
  5. 5Immediately drizzle with lemon juice and garlic, serve with parsley.
