  • 250 g Lamb
  • 15 g Mint
  • 1 tsp Sumac
  • 60 g Pomegranate seeds
  • 3 cloves Garlic

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Marinate lamb with sumac, mint, garlic and olive oil 2 hours.
  2. 2Preheat oven to 200°C or prepare grill.
  3. 3Cook lamb 25-30 minutes (medium) or to preference.
  4. 4Rest 5 minutes.
  5. 5Serve with tabbouleh, pita and lemon juice.
