🛒 Ingredients

  • 220 g Chicken breast
  • 1 pc Lemon
  • 20 g Capers
  • 60 ml White wine
  • 15 g Butter

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Pound chicken breast to even thickness, season with salt and pepper, dredge in flour.
  2. 2Fry in olive oil 3 minutes each side, remove.
  3. 3Deglaze pan with white wine, add lemon juice and capers.
  4. 4Add butter and let sauce bind 2 minutes.
  5. 5Return chicken to sauce, serve with parsley.
