  • 120 g Spaghetti
  • 60 g Bacon
  • 2 pc Egg yolk
  • 30 g Parmesan
  • 1 tsp Black pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions.
  2. 2Fry diced bacon over medium heat until crispy.
  3. 3Mix egg yolks with grated parmesan and black pepper.
  4. 4Drain pasta and immediately toss with egg mixture, off the heat.
  5. 5Add bacon, mix and serve with extra parmesan.
