🛒 Ingredients

  • 200 g Lamb
  • 100 g Rice
  • 150 ml Yogurt
  • 30 g Almonds
  • 2 pods Cardamom

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook lamb in diluted laban (yogurt) or water with rice 40 minutes.
  2. 2Prepare jameed sauce (fermented yogurt).
  3. 3Fry rice with almonds and raisins in butter.
  4. 4Arrange: rice on platter, meat on top.
  5. 5Pour hot sauce over and serve with cold yogurt.
