  • 200 g Salmon fillet
  • 150 g Asparagus
  • 15 g Butter
  • 1 pc Lemon
  • 1 clove Garlic

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Season salmon with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. 2Heat a pan with a little oil over high heat.
  3. 3Sear salmon skin-side down 4-5 minutes, flip and cook 3 minutes.
  4. 4In the same pan, sauté asparagus with butter and garlic 4 minutes.
  5. 5Drizzle with lemon juice and serve immediately.
