🛒 Ingredients

  • 120 g Pasta
  • 80 g Goat cheese
  • 100 g Spinach
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook pasta in salted water, drain reserving 50 ml water.
  2. 2Sauté garlic in olive oil 1 minute, add spinach.
  3. 3Cook spinach 2 minutes until wilted, season.
  4. 4Toss pasta with spinach, crumbled goat cheese and pasta water.
  5. 5Serve immediately with fresh pepper.
