🛒 Ingredients

  • 350 g Pumpkin
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Red curry paste
  • 10 g Thai basil
  • 1 pc Lime

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cube pumpkin and sauté in oil 5 minutes.
  2. 2Add red curry paste and cook 1 minute.
  3. 3Pour coconut milk and 100 ml water.
  4. 4Simmer 15 minutes on low until pumpkin is soft.
  5. 5Season with salt, palm sugar and lime juice.
