  • 250 g Sweet potato
  • 150 g Cooked chickpeas
  • 150 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp Curry powder
  • 60 g Spinach

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cube sweet potatoes and sauté 5 minutes in oil.
  2. 2Add yellow curry paste and cook 1 minute.
  3. 3Pour coconut milk and cooked chickpeas.
  4. 4Simmer 15 minutes until potatoes are soft.
  5. 5Season with salt and serve with rice or naan bread.
