🛒 Ingredients

  • 260 g Chicken
  • 100 g Yogurt
  • 2 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 cm Ginger

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Mix yogurt with garam masala, paprika, grated ginger, salt and oil.
  2. 2Marinate chicken pieces in this paste minimum 2 hours in fridge.
  3. 3Preheat oven to 220°C or grill.
  4. 4Roast chicken 20-25 minutes until golden and slightly charred at edges.
  5. 5Serve with pita, red onion and lime juice.
