  • 150 g Brown lentils
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Sort and wash brown lentils.
  2. 2Sauté onion with turmeric and cumin in oil 4 minutes.
  3. 3Add lentils and 700 ml water or broth.
  4. 4Simmer 30-35 minutes until lentils are soft.
  5. 5Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
