🛒 Ingredients

  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 200 g Cauliflower
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cube potatoes and cut cauliflower into florets.
  2. 2Sauté onion with garlic in oil with turmeric 3 minutes.
  3. 3Add potatoes and cauliflower, stir to coat with spices.
  4. 4Add a little water or broth, simmer covered 20 minutes.
  5. 5Season with coriander, salt and serve with naan.
