🛒 Ingredients

  • 150 g Sushi rice
  • 4 pcs Nori sheets
  • 1 pc Avocado
  • 0.5 pc Cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook sushi rice and let cool with rice vinegar.
  2. 2Place nori sheet on bamboo mat.
  3. 3Spread rice in thin layer, leave 1 cm at end.
  4. 4Place avocado and cucumber at base of sheet.
  5. 5Roll tightly, wet the end and cut into 8 pieces.
