🛒 Ingredients

  • 300 g Eggplant
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pc Lemon
  • 2 pcs Flatbread

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Roast eggplant directly on gas flame or in oven at 220°C 25-30 minutes.
  2. 2Let cool, peel skin and drain bitter juice.
  3. 3Blend pulp with tahini, garlic, lemon juice and salt.
  4. 4Place on plate, drizzle with olive oil and paprika.
  5. 5Serve with crispbread or pita.
