  • 4 180g each Cod fillets
  • 400 g Tomatoes crushed
  • 80 g Olives
  • 2 tbsp Capers
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 10 leaves Basil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Saute garlic in oil. Add tomatoes, olives, capers.
  2. 2Simmer 10 min.
  3. 3Nestle cod in sauce. Bake 180C for 20 min.
  4. 4Garnish with basil.
