🛒 Ingredients

  • 4 180g each Cod fillets
  • 600 g Potatoes
  • 80 g Breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 1 beaten Egg
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Capers

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cut potatoes into wedges, toss with oil, bake 30 min at 200C.
  2. 2Coat fish in flour, egg, breadcrumbs.
  3. 3Bake alongside chips last 20 min.
  4. 4Mix mayo and capers for tartare sauce.
