  • 2 racks Beef back ribs
  • 4 pieces Mesquite wood chunks
  • 200 ml BBQ sauce
  • 4 tbsp Coffee rub (salt, pepper, coffee)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Apply coffee rub generously to ribs.
  2. 2Smoke at 120°C over mesquite for 5 hours.
  3. 3Wrap in foil with BBQ sauce for 1 hour.
  4. 4Unwrap, glaze, cook 30 more min unwrapped. Rest 15 min.
