🛒 Ingredients

  • 600 g Beef sirloin (thin strips)
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 4 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 100 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 pc Lime

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Blend lemongrass, turmeric and fish sauce for marinade.
  2. 2Marinate beef strips 2 hours. Thread on soaked skewers.
  3. 3Grill over hot charcoal 2 min per side.
  4. 4Make peanut sauce: peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, chilli. Serve alongside.
