🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 kg Flanken-cut short ribs
  • 80 ml Soy sauce
  • 0.5 pc Asian pear (grated)
  • 3 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ginger

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Mix soy, grated pear, sugar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger.
  2. 2Marinate ribs 4 hours or overnight.
  3. 3Grill over very high heat 2–3 min per side — they cook fast.
  4. 4Serve with steamed rice and kimchi.
