🛒 Ingredients

  • 1.5 rack Pork spare ribs
  • 2 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Celery salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Cayenne

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Mix all dry rub ingredients. Apply heavily to both sides.
  2. 2Refrigerate overnight.
  3. 3Smoke at 110°C for 5–6 hours. No wrapping. No sauce.
  4. 4Ribs are done when meat pulls back from bones 1cm. Rest 20 min.
