🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 rack St. Louis ribs
  • 150 ml Kansas City BBQ sauce
  • 3 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Celery salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Remove membrane. Apply dry rub. Rest 2 hours.
  2. 2Smoke at 120°C for 3 hours, then wrap in foil with a splash of apple juice for 2 hours.
  3. 3Unwrap, brush with BBQ sauce, grill over direct heat 15 min.
  4. 4Slice between bones and serve.
