🛒 Ingredients

  • 80 g Rice noodles
  • 100 g Sliced beef
  • 600 ml Beef broth
  • 2 pcs Star anise
  • 2 cm Ginger

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Simmer beef broth with cinnamon, star anise and ginger 2 hours on low.
  2. 2Cook rice noodles separately, drain.
  3. 3Slice raw (or cooked) beef thinly.
  4. 4Place noodles in bowl, add beef and pour boiling broth over.
  5. 5Garnish with spring onion, Thai basil and lime juice.
