  • 150 g Beef
  • 60 g Semolina
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 2 pc Carrot
  • 80 g Celery

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Boil beef with carrot in 2 L water 60 minutes.
  2. 2Remove meat, chop finely.
  3. 3Make dumplings from semolina, egg and salt, cook in broth 5 minutes.
  4. 4Return meat.
  5. 5Season with salt, pepper and lovage, serve hot.
