  • 30 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 40 g Goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Boil beet 30-40 minutes or roast 40 minutes, peel.
  2. 2Cube beet.
  3. 3Dry-toast pumpkin seeds in pan 3 minutes.
  4. 4Mix beet with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  5. 5Serve topped with crumbled goat cheese and seeds.
