  • 500 g Butternut squash
  • 100 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 pc Onion
  • a pinch Nutmeg
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cube pumpkin and finely chop onion.
  2. 2Sauté onion 3 minutes, add pumpkin and simmer 20 minutes in broth.
  3. 3Blend until creamy.
  4. 4Add coconut milk and nutmeg.
  5. 5Season with salt, pepper and serve with toasted seeds.
