  • 180 g Chicken breast
  • 150 g Romaine lettuce
  • 30 g Parmesan
  • 40 g Croutons
  • 3 tbsp Caesar dressing

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Season chicken breast with salt, pepper and olive oil.
  2. 2Grill or pan-cook 5-6 minutes each side.
  3. 3Rest 3 minutes, then slice.
  4. 4Tear lettuce into large pieces, add dressing and toss well.
