  • 220 g Chicken breast
  • 150 g Tomatoes
  • 0.5 pc Red onion
  • 10 g Coriander
  • 1 pc Lime

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Season chicken breast with salt, pepper and oil, grill 6 minutes each side.
  2. 2Finely chop tomatoes and red onion, mix with chopped coriander and lime juice.
  3. 3Add salt and a pinch of chili to salsa.
  4. 4Rest chicken 3 minutes, slice.
  5. 5Serve chicken topped with tomato salsa.
