🛒 Ingredients

  • 80 g Rice
  • 100 g Chicken breast
  • 2 cm Ginger
  • 2 stalks Spring onion
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook rice in 3 times volume of water or chicken broth on low 1 hour.
  2. 2Add grated ginger and whole chicken breast.
  3. 3Simmer 20 minutes, remove chicken and shred.
  4. 4Return chicken, season with soy sauce and salt.
  5. 5Serve with spring onion, fresh ginger and sesame oil.
