🛒 Ingredients

  • 150 g Chicken
  • 150 ml Coconut milk
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass
  • 2 cm Galangal
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Simmer chicken broth with bruised lemongrass, galangal and kaffir lime leaves 10 minutes.
  2. 2Add sliced chicken and coconut milk.
  3. 3Simmer 10 minutes on low.
  4. 4Add fish sauce, palm sugar and lime juice.
  5. 5Serve with coriander and fresh chili.
