  • 1 pc Apple
  • 1 pc Onion
  • 15 g Butter
  • 1 tsp Thyme

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Clean chicken livers and pat dry.
  2. 2Peel and thinly slice apple.
  3. 3Sauté sliced onion in butter over medium heat 5 minutes.
  4. 4Add livers and cook 3-4 minutes each side.
  5. 5Add apple and cook 3 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
