🛒 Ingredients

  • 200 g Chicken livers
  • 2 pc Onion
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Clean chicken livers and pat dry.
  2. 2Sauté sliced onion in oil over medium heat 8-10 minutes until caramelized.
  3. 3Remove onion, increase heat and fry livers 3 minutes each side.
  4. 4Add onion back, pour balsamic vinegar and thyme.
  5. 5Let sauce bind 2 minutes and serve immediately.
