🛒 Ingredients

  • 100 g Chicken
  • 10 g Tarragon
  • 1 pc Carrot
  • 0.5 pc Leek
  • 600 ml Vegetable broth

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Boil chicken in 1.5 L water with carrot and leek 30 minutes.
  2. 2Remove chicken, keep broth on low heat.
  3. 3Debone chicken, cut into small pieces, return to soup.
  4. 4Add fresh tarragon and simmer 5 minutes.
  5. 5Season lightly with salt and serve hot.
