🛒 Ingredients

  • 200 g Cooked chickpeas
  • 2 pc Bell peppers
  • 1 pc Eggplant
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Za'atar

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. 2Cube peppers and eggplant, coat with oil and roast 25 minutes.
  3. 3Cool vegetables and combine with cooked chickpeas.
  4. 4Mix with olive oil, lemon juice and cumin.
  5. 5Season and serve at room temperature.
