🛒 Ingredients

  • 120 g Couscous
  • 150 g Cooked chickpeas
  • 1 pc Bell pepper
  • 2 pc Carrot
  • 1.5 tsp Ras el hanout

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Boil 200 ml water with a little oil and salt, pour over couscous, cover 5 minutes.
  2. 2Sauté sliced carrots and peppers with ras el hanout spice 8 minutes.
  3. 3Add chickpeas and cook 5 more minutes.
  4. 4Fluff couscous with a fork and mix with vegetables.
  5. 5Season and serve with fresh coriander.
