🛒 Ingredients

  • 150 g Red lentils
  • 200 g Canned tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 pc Lemon

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Sort and wash red lentils.
  2. 2Sauté onion in oil with cumin 3 minutes.
  3. 3Add lentils, canned tomatoes and 600 ml water, simmer 20 minutes.
  4. 4Blend with hand blender until creamy.
  5. 5Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice, serve with pita bread.
